Kruger Umoya is a self-catering house we've made our own little piece of the bush — the kind of place where the kettle's always on, the fire pit's ready to light, and there's a good chance a kudu will wander past while you have your coffee. We built this website so you can see exactly what to expect, and book directly with us when you're ready.
Three bedrooms — one queen, two doubles — and two en-suite bathrooms, so nobody's tripping over each other in the morning.
Your own pool, just for you — no sharing with other guests or the house next door.
Open-sided lounge under thatch, with sunrise views straight into Kruger.
Everything you need to cook a real meal is already here — pots, pans, tea, coffee, spices, all in the cupboards waiting.
Emergency lighting and backup water on hand for load shedding or outages.
Build a crackling fire on the braai (South African barbecue), cook over real coals, and cover it safely when you're done.
Stay connected if you need to, or switch off completely — your call.
Air-con in both en-suite bedrooms, with fans throughout for those warmer bushveld nights.

— Mandy, USA
"We especially enjoyed the large deck, where bush babies came down from the rafters every evening. Giraffe, kudu, warthog, zebra, nyala and impala were all regular visitors."
— Jessica, South Africa
"Brilliant getaway, close to the river where we had multiple lion sightings. Clean, spacious, and we saw plenty of wildlife from the unit itself."
— Leon, UK
"The house was the cherry on the cake of our trip through South Africa. The interior is very authentic — high ceilings, wooden structure, rock walls — and having two bathrooms and a huge kitchen made it easy for the whole group."
— Ignaz, Netherlands
